Hi, Jack Marino, Vice President of Operations, Kent Moore Cabinets. Prior to SonicAire fans, we had a serious problem with dust accumulation. It just looked like an old dungeon that or a building that had been vacant for a long time, with all the spider webs and dust webs that were present. We were cleaning basically by hand. And we had to find the time to do it, the manpower to do it. It’s a job that really no one wants to do.
Since we’ve installed the SonicAire fans, the improvements that we’ve seen is first of all a clean plant. We see a drastic improvement in keeping the spider webs down and the dust. It’s nonexistent now when you look up in the ceilings, you, you just don’t see the spider webs. Just to do an experiment, we turned them off. We wanted to see what would happen. And I was just amazed at how quickly the accumulation again of dust.
We have visitors come and they are amazed with how clean we have that area and I think it helps the employee’s frame of mind to say that they’re working in a nice clean environment, in a weird working facility.
I recommend SonicAire fans. They have surprised me and we just thought that something that we were not going to be able to afford. And I feel like now after experiencing it, it’s unbelievable the amount of labor savings and all the other things that go along with it. It’s just impressive. As far as a return on investment. I would say, yes, there is.
When you think about the man hours it takes to clean that facility – really get it clean like the SonicAire fans keep and maintain for you. I think you see the payback very quickly.
